Overwatch Transhuman Arm Application Format

Because of the nature of the OTA and the fact that OTA units are not accepted via application process, the entire format should be answered with OOC information and knowledge.

Do you already own a ground unit above the rank of 03?:
Do you have any previous experience as an OTA unit?(Rank|Community):
Why do you wish to apply for the OTA whitelist?:
Do you understand that having an OTA character demonstrates that you are an exceptional and experienced roleplayer, and while you are active on your character you are to prove that and show that you deserve the whitelist?
Do you understand that you are to study the OTA guide (LINK: soon) and practice proper procedures when roleplaying on your OTA unit?:
Do you understand that as an OTA unit, you are not excluded from the play to lose and shoot to miss (P2L and S2M) roleplay styles?:
Explain the differences between the OTA and CCA:
Please explain what the Overwatch Transhuman Arm is and what it's goals are:

Please write out a scenario documenting your OTA squad (1-3 additional OTA units) raiding a known rebel hideaway. The exact details of the scenario are up to you, however, your scenario must contain the following: A proper door breaching, injection, and contact with one or more armed anti-citizens. Your response to this question should be extremely detailed and polished, as it represents what you are capable of in terms of roleplay and knowledge of the OTA. The more creative and descriptive you are, the higher the chance that your application may be accepted.
